How does Online Coaching / Online Personal Training work?

  • Onboarding

Upon signing up, you will receive your online lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I require to create your Personal Online Training plan.

  • Welcome Video

Once I’ve created your plan, I’ll send you a personal welcome video taking you through it. During this 20-60 minute video, I’ll take you through exactly what’s required to obtain the results you seek. Providing you with the map to your desired transformation – the blueprint to your dream physique!

  • Bespoke Training 

I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Instead, the training programme and workouts I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique.

I will completely remove the nutrition guesswork. You’ll know what foods to prioritise, what foods to consume in moderation, as well as when and what to eat to optimise your training and recovery. Your plan will educate you on the nutritional and caloric value of different foods to cultivate lifelong healthy eating habits.

  • Weekly Feedback

The regular comms and weekly in-depth feedback are what really set me apart from the crowd. Each week, you’ll receive feedback where I’ll highlight areas where you’re doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. Frequent feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the results you seek.

  • Unlimited Support

As well as receiving regular feedback, you’ll also be able to message me directly via the Everfit mobile app at any time. I will be your full-time Personal Trainer/Coach – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.
